Ready to make a global impact? As a Creative Director with a focus on design, you’ll shape the visual narrative of a world-renowned brand, influencing how millions perceive and interact with it. Partnering with Aquent, you’ll join a dynamic in-house Brand Design team within Cross-Channel Marketing (XCM), crafting compelling campaigns that resonate across diverse platforms, from digital and social to broadcast, print, and out-of-home.
This role offers a unique opportunity to conceptualize and execute innovative brand experiences. You’ll collaborate with a global team of designers, marketers, photographers, and stylists, driving the creative vision from initial ideation to final implementation. Your expertise in design systems will be instrumental in developing a cohesive brand identity across multiple touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and impactful customer journey.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute bar-raising creative for various brand applications and seasonal events.
- Art direct editorial photography, collaborating with photographers, stylists, and other creatives.
- Develop and maintain brand systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Present creative work to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
- Solve design challenges with innovative and effective solutions.
- Contribute to a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 9+ years of design industry experience with an agency or in-house
- Portfolio demonstrating seasonal, event and/or brand campaigns across multiple touchpoints
- Experience in photo art direction, including studio and lifestyle
- Experience presenting work to senior leadership and clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience
- Proficiency in Figma, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with a world-class brand-focused design agency or consultancy
- Strong grasp of the creative process, from ideation through implementation
- Strong understanding of typography, design principles, and color
- Strong ability to develop creative based on creative brief objectives
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Understanding of production best practices for print and digital mediums
- Strong bias for action in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results on creative projects
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $91.83 to $102.04 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
