KJUS | Retail Sales Associate | Vail, CO (Lionshead and Beavercreek)
$18.00- $22.00/hour plus commission
Full-time or Part-time | Vail, CO
Non-Exempt, Hourly
Job Objective
To ensure our customers are serviced in a knowledgeable, professional, positive and efficient manner. This responsibility includes maintaining a premium presentation of the store, assisting customers with transactions and adherence to company policies and procedures within the store.
Primary Responsibilities
- Professional customer service including active sales of all KJUS products
- Ensure the store always meets company standards with regards to merchandising, visual presentations, housekeeping and loss prevention requirements
- Organizing and monitoring inventory, restocking sold items and support ordering for special orders. Assist with ecommerce order processing
- Connect with customers in a knowledgeable, genuine, and helpful approach
- Assist with scheduling, re-order process, and reporting sales information.
- Proactively cover staffing absences for various reasons
- Handle point of sale, returns, exchanges, daily opening/closing of point of sale
- Assist with merchandising products to create a premium presentation of the store
- Retain a vast understanding of product knowledge
- Assist in planning and hosting in-store events and promotions.
- Support goods handling: receiving product, labeling, merchandising, inform clients about delivery of ordered goods
- Restock sold items and support ordering for special orders.
- Assist with E-commerce order processing
- Ensure a clean point of sales including floor, changing rooms, mirrors, presentation displays, etc.
- Ability to work weekend and night shifts
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or customer service experience
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- Moderate computer skills (MS Office, Outlook)
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
