We are currently undergoing a significant transformation of our back-office ERP by integrating Oracle Cloud Financials. Considering this initiative, we are actively seeking an adept and hands-on Oracle Cloud Financials Lead with a proven track record of steering ERP teams through multiple full-cycle implementations. The selected candidate will play a crucial role as part of our Solution Design team.Job Description

As a distinguished authority and primary contributor within your domain, this role involves:
- Delivering consistent and innovative solution leadership.
- Spearheading solution design and implementation, ensuring the development of highly performant and integrated software solutions within specified time and budget constraints.
- Analyzing business needs to ensure that the Oracle solution aligns with the business objectives, leveraging industry-standard processes, product expertise, and business intuition.
- Exercising judgment and discernment in selecting methods and techniques to provide functional and technical solutions for non-routine and highly complex aspects of applications and Cloud technology.
- Offering direction and mentorship to project teams, and effectively influencing key decisions among business and technology leadership.
- Supporting business efforts by identifying new opportunities and extensions.
- Collaborating with the onsite-offshore team, providing domain expertise.
- Resolving intricate business issues through the recommendation and implementation of effective solutions.
- Demonstrating expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or the ability to architect and design technology solutions spanning multiple products, making decisions based on the impact across the stack.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A track record of successfully completing multiple end-to-end implementations with Oracle Fusion cloud.
- Business process expertise in Cloud, with 5-10 years of solid experience across Fusion Financials module with primary focus on P2P modules: AP Invoicing, Payments, i-Supplier Portal, iProcurement, Purchasing and subledger accounting.
- Ability to lead design workshops. Document AS-IS and To-Be flow and bring solution alignment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion tools, including Approvals Management, BI Publisher (BIP), ADFDi, OTBI, Workflows, and Groovy scripting for enhancing, reporting, automations, and user-centric configurations.
- Extensive experience in Oracle Fusion data conversionsfor Suppliers, Invoice, PO's using FBDI, ADFDi, and custom scripts with full-cycle validation and reconciliation.
- Strong communication skills, ability to build rapport with team members, and effective influencing and negotiation skills.
- Holds a bachelor's degree in accounting, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
