As a Senior Analyst Relations Manager, you will support Five9’s strategic AR initiatives. Your role will focus on emphasizing operational excellence, project management, and process efficiency to ensure the analyst program runs smoothly and effectively. Working closely under the direction of the Director of Analyst Relations, the successful candidate will help streamline activities, improve workflows, and maximize impact—all while supporting the broader AR strategy to strengthen industry influence and drive business growth.

As a senior manager within the Five9 Analyst Relations team, you will develop compelling value propositions, strategic insights, and key differentiators informed by analyst feedback that enhance our impact and reputation in the CX marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of the AR strategy, ensuring operational alignment and efficiency.
- Support end-to-end management of analyst activities, including scheduling, briefing coordination, content development, and follow-up, with an emphasis on timeliness and quality.
- Assist in managing relationships with analysts and industry influencers, helping to expand our influence in key markets.
- Optimize processes, workflows, and reporting mechanisms in partnership with the AR leader to improve productivity and consistency.
- Coordinate analyst engagements such as briefings, inquiries, and webinars, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and executive teams to prepare analyst content, including RFIs for reports, and marketing materials like videos, blogs, and presentations.
- Maintain detailed activity calendars, dashboards, and project plans to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and facilitate timely execution.
- Ensure best practices in process execution and stakeholder communication.
Key Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of analyst relations, corporate communications, or related experience, preferably within a SaaS or high-tech environment.
- Strong project management, organizational, and process optimization skills.
- Experience in supporting strategic programs and managing multiple initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on professionalism, trust, and integrity.
- Proficiency with AR tools, project management software, and analytics platforms.
Work Location: This role is fully remote for candidates who reside outside the 50 mile radius of our San Ramon office. For candidates who reside within 50 miles of our San Ramon location, this role is Hybrid and would require 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in our San Ramon office.

Additionally, the total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, stock, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
