The Purchasing Manager will provide support and oversight for all elements of purchasing and receiving functions within the hotel. This person will report to the Area Director of Finance. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to inventory, quality control, and sourcing of products. The Purchasing Manager would also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with vendors. Other responsibilities will include ordering and shipping.

Salary range for this position is $66,000 to $75,000 dependent on experience.

Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of one year previous hotel supervisory experience preferred
- Previous experience with ordering of Food and Beverage Goods
- Previous experience with purchasing management systems such as Birchstreet
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs
- Daily Food and Beverage inventories
- Daily tracking of Food and Beverage invoices
- Sourcing Food and Beverage products
- Processing and reconciliations of invoices
