





Project Manager - Creative Operations
Client: A Major U.S. Airline
Location: Hybrid (2 days/week onsite near airport)
Schedule: 40 hours/week | Freelance Contract
Duration: 1 year!! (potentially even longer)
Rate Range: $45-$50 per hour
Timeline: 2 virtual + 1 in-person interview. Realistically starting by end of Aug / early Sept
Job Description
We're partnering with one of the most recognized names in the aviation industry-a major U.S. airline-to find a Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments. This is an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic in-house creative studio and help bring high-impact campaigns to life across multiple channels.
As the Project Manager, you'll be the connection between internal communications teams, creative stakeholders, and agency partners. You'll manage a high volume of creative projects-from email and social media to print and out-of-home-ensuring they're delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Intake and manage Creative Request Forms (CRFs) using Workfront
- Assign creative resources and manage bandwidth across teams
- Track and update project statuses for 40-50 concurrent projects
- Maintain timelines, deliverables, and task lists within Workfront
- Retrieve and manage legacy project data for updates/resizes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated set of internal clients
- Lead client and creative team status meetings, escalate risks, and maintain strong relationships
- Keep Agency Operations leadership informed of resource constraints and project health
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of project or account management experience in an agency or in-house creative setting
- Proficiency with project management tools-Workfront experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model (2 days/week onsite near the airport)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage ambiguity
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
- Familiarity with creative timelines for copywriting, design, photo editing, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Workfront expertise
- Experience managing diverse creative deliverables: photography, video, motion graphics, etc.
- Background in marketing campaign management, digital marketing, or lead generation
