





Our entertainment agency client is seeking an Account Manager! This role is onsite in Burbank, full-time.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Oversee and be accountable for all campaign and project work focused on production for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional client service.
- Partner with the Account Director to understand client goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage the day-to-day workflow of campaigns and projects, allowing Account Directors to focus on sales.
- Set up projects for success and ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
- Lead and motivate Project Managers and account team members to consistently exceed client expectations.
- Direct production work through the support team and be present on-site to manage workflow.
- Utilize Adobe Workfront, iQuote, and Monarch to create campaigns, develop estimates, manage schedules, and handle billing.
- Collaborate with the Account Director to plan bi-weekly forecasts and allocate resources effectively.
- Maintain alignment with the Account Director on client strategic goals and changes.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with assigned clients.
- Understand account strategies, operating budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure proper team support.
- Prioritize billing and profitability, with a clear understanding of monthly, quarterly, and annual billing cycles.
- Work with finance to deliver client-specific reporting data.
- Collaborate with peer Account Managers to improve processes and align with client goals.
- Support other clients during periods of light workload on your primary account.
- Work with the VP of Sales & Account Management to enhance client service and relationships.
- Provide updates to Creative and Operations leadership regarding account needs and budgeting.
- Track daily activity and hours within Workfront.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 3+ years of professional experience in a project management or supervisory role.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Creative Cloud, and job tracking systems.
- Deep understanding of campaign production processes.
- Proactive, self-starting attitude with strong follow-through.
- A client-first mindset with a commitment to satisfaction.
- Strong leadership presence and motivational skills.
- Strategic thinking and strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience in creative, media, marketing agency, or entertainment industries.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) training (preferred but not required).
- Bachelors degree in communications or a related field.
