Aspen Leadership Group is proud to partner with Florida State University in the search for an Executive Director of University Advancement Communications.

Reporting to the Associate Vice President of University Advancement, the Executive Director of University Advancement Communications will strategically plan and lead all Division of University Advancement communication and branding efforts that advance the mission and priorities of Florida State University. The Executive Director will conceptualize, design, and execute an innovative, comprehensive communications strategy in support of the university's next comprehensive campaign as well as lead and manage a dynamic team of communications professionals that manage day-to-day advancement communications, including comprehensive campaign communications. The Executive Director will work closely with key Division of University Advancement partners in alumni engagement, donor relations, annual giving, gift planning, and fundraising staff across colleges, schools, and units to align communication policies and practices. The Executive Director will provide guidance and creative influence over the Division of University Advancement website and other digital and print pieces involving the division's most important priorities.

A bachelor's degree and six years of relevant experience or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to ten years of relevant experience is required for this position. The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $170,000 annually.
