Senior/Principal Business Analyst
Digital Strategy & Solutions (DS&S) for the Digital AI Solution (DAS)
The Role
Are you ready to be a part of an innovative team? The DS&S chapter helps build world class, AI-powered digital products at scale. Our chapter members humanize products, services, and experiences. We are looking for someone who is ready to join a dynamic team responsible for developing AI-powered capabilities for the DAS product area. These solutions will use innovative design, AI/NLP techniques, and development practices.
As Business Analyst, you will partner and be a part of a squad where you will provide business analysis and expertise to support the creation of digital experiences for our associates and customers! You will play a meaningful role in all phases of digital product management, including:
Integrating deep research and industry awareness
Impacting product strategy
Synthesizing requirements from business needs, customer needs, and requests from our partners and stakeholders
Driving implementation across all client and associate touchpoints
Ensuring that product priorities drive business value
Discovering the right opportunities using data
Collaborating with members of the team to define innovative solutions
Supporting client and field readiness
Measuring the business outcomes
Skills and Expertise You Bring
Bachelor's degree required
5-7 years of business analysis experience delivering high-value digital solutions to customers and/or associates
Client-obsessed with a passion to solve challenges through a data-driven approach
A product, agile, and digital mindset
Experience working in an agile team
Affinity for technology, keeping up to date on industry innovations
Strong storytelling skills, conveying the vision and impact of digital solutions through data and visualization
1-3+ years of commercial or academic experience, executing or leading work for digital or AI-powered products.
Experience training and evaluating language models
Experience developing, tuning, and evaluating various types of machine learning algorithms, e.g., supervised, unsupervised, deep learning, neural networks
Proven knowledge of business analyst techniques, e.g., requirements elicitation, current/future state analysis, flow diagramming, benchmarking, business rules and risk analysis, user acceptance testing, and product documentation
Subject Matter Expertise (as needed) in release planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for assigned initiatives and features
Strategic collaboration with stakeholders during plan reviews
Guidance and assistance to squad members on epic requirements and acceptance criteria
Experience with end-to-end business acceptance testing and with ensuring the traceability of use cases
Familiarity with data analytics and related toolsets, e.g., SQL, AWS-Athena, Snowflake
