




Quad/Graphics is seeking a Part-Time Predictive Data Collector to join our maintenance team in Lomira, WI. This role is essential for ensuring equipment reliability through advanced condition monitoring techniques. The ideal candidate will collect vibration and ultrasound data for analysis, perform balancing and precision alignment tasks, and collaborate with team members and business partners to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct vibration and ultrasound data collection using SKF vibration equipment and Sonaphone ultrasound equipment.
- Implement best practices when perform balancing of fans and laser alignment procedures.
- Utilize the CMMS system for data tracking and analysis.
- Operate hand and power tools along with precision measuring instruments in a safe and craftsman-like manner.
- Coordinate with business partners and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless maintenance operations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Consistently follow LO/TO, Confined Space, and Hot Work permitting procedures.
- Comply with Quad/Graphics' safety rules, policies, and procedures, completing all required safety and environmental training.
- Utilize all required PPE as outlined by Quad/Graphics' Safety Department.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Strong team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Must be physically able to bend and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Mechanical background is recommended, but we will provide training for the right applicant.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with business partners and internal teams.
