Our client, a well-known law firm, is looking for a freelance Creative Manager to join their team. This will be a 40 hour per week position, and last about 3 months.
The Creative Manager will:
--Manage all presentation materials for the firm
- Create and manage firm-wide templates
- Review all presentation materials before being sent externally
- Manage Monday.com for the entire creative team
- Oversee all team communications internally and externally
- Delegate daily work-flow for a team of 4 designers
- Produce and design motion graphics for LinkedIn as well as advertisement videos for conferences and seminars
- Implement trainings firm-wide on PowerPoint and Microsoft Word templates
The Creative Manager has:
-5+ years of experience in design and design management, and the ability to project manage creative assets (primarily PowerPoint decks and Word templates)
-a background working at a law firm, or adjacent professional services company
-strong hands-on design skills, and ability to make design edits / changes as-needed (a 1 hour design test will be given as part of the interview process)
-ability to be onsite at their NYC office 2-4 days per week
-fluency in Adobe CS, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
