





Job Summary
As Associate Supply Chain Capabilities Specialist, you will work with master planners, replenishment planners, detailed schedulers and material planners to problem solve planning issues and implement process improvements. These planning solutions connect processes and provide output in a format that best uses systems. You have a technical skills and like finding solutions across the end to end supply chain.
You will assist in a back-office function supporting ConAgra Brands planning tools. Complete daily system upkeep tasks; review daily batch job logs, correcting issues, loading master data settings and reviewing system setup matches current business plan. Support analytics and the creation and development of scorecards and reports.
Position Responsibilities
With guidance you will support ConAgra Brand's planning tools:
- Manage internal helpdesk, serving as the first point of contact for user support needs
- Ensure tasks assigned are completed
- Assist with problem root cause analysis
- Monitor batch job logs correcting errors
- Complete Master Data Maintenance with high level of accuracy
- Create supply chain related reports with accuracy
- Recommend and implement solutions that prevent problem reoccurrence
- Assists with the creation and deliver of training materials
- Support on supply chain projects to improve planning processes
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Understanding of Supply Chain Management principles, production planning, inventory management, demand-based replenishment and purchasing
- Experience with SAP or Blue Yonder tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Access and PowerPoint required
- Knowledge of SQL
- Ability to travel at up to 10%
- Project management experience desired
- Analytical skills desired

Compensation:
Pay Range:$59,000-$78,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
