Our global travel client is seeking a Photo Retoucher to join their team through the end of 2025, likely to extend long-term. This role is 40 hours/week. This role is hybrid onsite 3 days a week in Chicago, IL.
Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Retoucher with 5+ years of experience to enhance and manipulate images to meet high-quality standards. This role requires strong technical proficiency, a creative eye, and the ability to collaborate effectively with photography and design teams.
Top Must Have Skills
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
Strong portfolio demonstrating retouching expertise
Excellent attention to detail and image consistency
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Additional Qualifications
Familiarity with Adobe Workfront and Intelligence Bank
Experience with digital asset management systems
Strong organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities
Collaborate with photographers and designers to understand project goals
Retouch and enhance images for color, tone, and composition
Crop, straighten, and prepare images for final delivery
Maintain consistent file naming and organization
Deliver high-quality results on schedule
