This dynamic role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll be the vital link between internal teams and external gaming partners, ensuring seamless collaborations and groundbreaking integrations. Your expertise in project management and stakeholder management will be essential in driving projects forward, from concept to launch. Get ready to dive into a fast-paced environment where your passion for gaming and operational excellence will collide.
Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external gaming partners, facilitating communication and collaboration.
  • Establish and manage processes for product integration and approvals, ensuring brand consistency and timely execution.
  • Coordinate impactful off-site meetings and visits with gaming partners to foster strong relationships.
  • Develop and maintain a partner playbook for internal stakeholders, streamlining communication and collaboration.
  • Design and implement efficient processes for gathering and incorporating internal stakeholder feedback.
  • Optimize product sourcing workflows for samples and product files, ensuring seamless integration into gaming platforms.
  • Provide comprehensive project management support for ongoing gaming projects, coordinating internal and external teams.
  • Meticulously track and manage royalty payouts for intellectual property featured in games.
  • Identify and explore new partnership opportunities within the gaming landscape.
  • Provide support for contracts and intellectual property matters in collaboration with legal teams.
  • Maintain a dynamic calendar of key gaming moments and partnerships.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project or brand operations.
  • Proficiency in managing meetings, including agenda creation, scheduling, and follow-up.
  • A strong willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving environment.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • A passion for gaming, pop culture, or anime.
  • Proficiency in operational software such as Airtable, Excel, and Keynote.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $25.20 to $28 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
