Volt is immediately hiring a QUA Technician in Oakdale, MN with a well-known industry leader.
In this role you will diagnose and repair Healthcare hardware (electronic) devices.
This is a first shift position.
As a QUA Technician you will:
- Troubleshoot, clean, and repair customer devices;
- Generate/process service repair documentation to maintain repair traceability and facilitate customer invoicing;
- Create repair estimates including the costs of service parts and labor;
- Maintain local service parts inventories with the support of the Materials Control team;
- Training from a two-year technical school or have job experience from in a technical field or industry.
Estimated Duration 24+ months
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in operating common tools and test equipment required to repair such devices.
- Must be able to operate a PC utilizing the Microsoft Windows operating system and have basic, working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with other functional groups including customer service, depot repair technicians, and management to facilitate effective depot service operations.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
