The Revenue Growth Manager position will focus on optimizing pricing strategies to maximize profitable revenue growth while maintaining competitiveness. This role will design and implement strategic, tactical, and operational pricing initiatives, evaluate pricing elasticities, enhance promotional ROI, and leverage insights for continuous improvement. This role will also work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to identify new revenue opportunities, develop pricing and promotional strategies, and ensure the execution of optimal go-to-market strategies. This position will uphold brand strategies to deliver market leading growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build out and lead the Revenue Growth Management capability at Swisher, including vision, strategy, and key RGM initiatives; aggregating data, designing processes, identifying tools/systems, and executing revenue growth strategies aligned with overall business strategy & objectives.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer data to detect opportunities and build plans targeting better price execution, including price pack architecture (PPA), and promotion optimization to maximize profitable revenue growth and market share.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies (EDLP, FSP, RSP) across our portfolio, categories and channels.
- Ensure that pricing aligns with market conditions, customer expectations, and organizational goals.
- Develop new products pricing strategies that deliver on brand and organizational objectives and strategies.
- Analyze pricing performance and recommend adjustments, including price increase / decrease evaluations.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty while collaborating with Finance and Operations to ensure alignment between revenue strategies and business financial objectives.
- Trade Promotion Management (TPM) (future state) work with Sales and Trade on pre and post event evaluation to maximize trade optimization efforts.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), price elasticity and competitor pricing activities and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support the development of revenue forecasting models and business planning processes.
- Lead strategic discussions on revenue generation with senior stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Required
- 5+ years working in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), retail, technology, or a similar industry
- 5+ years of experience in finance, sales or brand finance, or trade marketing
- 2+ years of experience in revenue growth management, pricing strategy, or a related role
- Proficient in leveraging and utilizing syndicated data (IRI)
- Demonstrated success in implementing revenue growth strategies that drive measurable business results
- Excellent analytical and modeling capabilities, proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI is a must, as is experience managing complex, incomplete & inconsistent datasets and defining strategic analytics
- Ability to translate complex, data-intense analytics into actionable recommendations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey findings to both peers and upper-level management
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in revenue growth management, pricing strategy, or a related role
Education:
- Master's in Business Administration
Travel: Up to 20% of travel may be required.
