Join our Toyota Material Handling Team as a Talent Acquisition Partner!

The Role:

We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner who brings enthusiasm, decisiveness, strong decision-making ability and talent finding expertise to the table. You will be an integral part of helping to build teams, identify and select talent, and ensure the business is placing the right people in the right seat while collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals. We value innovative and creative ideas—yes, even during meetings (where snacks are always welcome). If you enjoy tackling challenges with positivity and a bit of humor, you’ll feel right at home here.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage the full life cycle recruiting for an assigned division of the company.
  • Manage multiple searches with varying priorities.
  • Understand Talent Attraction needs, industry trends and best practices, and advise on the best actions.
  • Design, implement and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract both active and passive job seekers.
  • Proactively and strategically attract high quality, diverse talent.
  • Balance your requisition work load with sourcing strategy, recruiting program development, relationship building and leveraging talent acquisition data to make strategic hiring decisions.
  • Report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • 3+ years recruiting/talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience recruiting for corporate, administrative, engineering, and/or skilled labor.
  • Experience using strategic recruiting methods, including sourcing products, networks, and internal and external partnerships.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

What Sets You Apart:

  • Experience recruiting in a manufacturing, corporate or related environment.
  • Experience with ADP or similar applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to develop creative approaches to sourcing passive and active candidates.

Where and When You’ll Work:

  • Enjoy the best of both worlds with a hybrid schedule—collaborate in person at our Columbus, Indiana office Monday through Wednesday and work remotely Thursday and Friday every week.

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:

Relocation: This role may be eligible for relocation assistance.

World Class Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary
  • Performance Bonus
  • Generous Paid Time Off and 13 Paid Holidays
  • Affordable Medical plans and no-cost Dental & Vision options
  • 100% 401(k) match up to 6%
  • Company-Paid Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability
  • Tuition Assistance Program
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with access to mental health care, legal support, and financial guidance
  • Recognition and Kaizen (continuous improvement) Reward Programs
  • Meaningful opportunities for personal and professional development
  • Onsite Fitness Center & Occupational Health Clinic
  • Best in class work culture!
