- Design, implement and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract both active and passive job seekers.
- Proactively and strategically attract high quality, diverse talent.
- Balance your requisition work load with sourcing strategy, recruiting program development, relationship building and leveraging talent acquisition data to make strategic hiring decisions.
- Report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- 3+ years recruiting/talent acquisition experience.
- Experience recruiting for corporate, administrative, engineering, and/or skilled labor.
- Experience using strategic recruiting methods, including sourcing products, networks, and internal and external partnerships.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
What Sets You Apart:
- Experience recruiting in a manufacturing, corporate or related environment.
- Experience with ADP or similar applicant tracking systems
- Ability to develop creative approaches to sourcing passive and active candidates.
Where and When You’ll Work:
- Enjoy the best of both worlds with a hybrid schedule—collaborate in person at our Columbus, Indiana office Monday through Wednesday and work remotely Thursday and Friday every week.
