Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement full-cycle talent acquisition strategies to ensure a workforce of highly qualified employees as a Talent Acquisition Manager
- Foster a high-performing team of Talent Acquisition (TA) professionals by managing the performance of internal and contract recruiters to create a steady pipeline of potential talent and ensure appropriate workload utilization
- Empower your team to build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and meet the business requirements, while also forming new partnerships to promote a diverse and inclusive pipeline of talent across all levels
- Accurately assess the effectiveness of TA strategies by measuring processes against team goals with a focus on continuous improvement
- Support the workforce planning and recruiting projection process with Human Resources and other key stakeholders, providing guidance to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and candidate evaluation
- Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 6 plus years of related experience and 3 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 9 plus years of specific experience and 4 plus years of management experience
- Experienced managing high volume remote team
- Must be able to work across different time zones, including West Coast and Midwest hours.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s Degree
