At Hyatt, we believe our guests select us because of our caring and attentive associates who are focused on providing efficient service and meaningful experiences. We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven leader to join our Leadership Committee as the Director of Revenue.

The Director of Revenue is a key strategic partner in driving total hotel profitability. What You'll Do:

  • Develop and lead the hotel’s revenue management strategy across all segments including transient, group, and contract business.
  • Utilize Hyatt’s systems, tools, and resources to monitor daily performance and booking pace, and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Conduct regular forecasting, market analysis, and budgeting in coordination with Sales and Finance teams.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the General Manager and Executive Committee on pricing, positioning, and revenue optimization opportunities.
  • Facilitate weekly Revenue Strategy Meetings and deliver clear reporting and action plans.
  • Optimize channel mix, minimize displacement and rate parity issues, and ensure alignment with corporate revenue and distribution guidelines.
  • Mentor and develop Revenue and Reservations team members; foster a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence.

**The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all encompassing. Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary.
