Job Description
BAE Systems is looking for a Field Service Technician with a TS/ SCI to provide on-site Information Technology support, primarily at its Annapolis Junction MD location. In the role of Field Service Technician, you will have the opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team dedicated to supporting a unique customer base, both locally and remotely.

• Provide technical support to both local and remote end-users with the installation and troubleshooting of hardware/software and networking components.
• Perform root-cause analysis to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and/or route through proper escalation channels.
• Provide assistance to the local SCIF IT Manager in support of the stand-alone network with the file/print server, accounts and system updates.
• Provide audio-visual support for the on-site conference center and meeting rooms.
• Provide high-level support to members of the executive C-Suite.
• Manage and facilitate moves, adds, and changes associated with end-user hardware.
• Perform new computer configuration and coordination of workstation upgrades/replacements based on the established lifecycle model.
• Provide support of mobile devices, printers and VoIP phones.
• Create and modify knowledge base (KB) articles and procedures.
• Occasional after-hours or surge support to other functional IT areas.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• High School diploma and 5+ years work experience or equivalent experience.
• Must possess a TS/SCI with Full Scope Polly.
• Current Security+ certification.
• Basic networking troubleshooting skills.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows 10/11 OS.
• Experience using MS365; Teams, Intune, Active Directory and OneDrive.
• Working knowledge of installation of software via SCCM.
• Experience troubleshooting VPN connectivity issues.
• Experience using online ticketing systems & remote application software to provide service to both on-site and off-site users.
• Experience supporting mobile devices
• Experience imaging laptops and adding computers to the domain.

• Experience with Windows Server.
• Microsoft application support.
• Remote support application software.
• Experience supporting executive C-Suite members.
• ServiceNow.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $74508 - $119213

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
