





Job Summary:
Provide EHS leadership and technical support to the site's Operational and Maintenance teams to reduce risk, achieve business needs and assist with the continuous improvement of our EHS management systems. Acts in a tactical role to ensure EHS programs, policies, and systems are implemented and effective in all departments while ensuring EHS compliance is maintained.
Position Responsibilities:
* Implement EHS Management Systems as the road map to zero injures & world class performance.
* Lead and develop work steams on EHS Pillar Team to reduce risk and eliminate losses.
* Participate in unified problem solving events, incident investigations & development of corrective and preventive actions.
* Works with operational leadership at all levels to build capability towards risk recognition and mitigation.
* Manages the emergency action plan, help execute drills, and fosters a relationship with local emergency services.
* Assists with environmental reporting and maintaining permit requirements.
* Develops, implements, and maintains EHS site-specific training needs.
* Assists with training, development and execution of Job Safety Analysis and Quick Risk Prediction processes.
* Manages LOTO program and helps develop alternative safe methods (ASM).
* Supports site's behavioral safety program and analysis of behavioral data and trends to create a proactive safety culture.
* Maintains site's exposure monitoring plan and Industrial Hygiene program.
* Manages site's hearing conservation program and coordinates annual audiograms.
* Assist with contractor and project EHS management.
* Represent EHS by participating on other pillar teams and committees.
* Other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Risk Management, Industrial Hygiene, or related discipline.
* Familiarity with Continuous Improvement tools & fundamentals.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with diverse groups.
* 3+ years of EHS experience preferred.
* Awareness of food safety, quality, and PSM elements preferred.
Special Skills and Knowledge:
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Demonstrated attention to detail required.
* Proficient WORD, EXCEL, and OUTLOOK skills

* Position works in an office environment within an aseptic food production facility. Job incumbent must be able to work in areas that are hot or cold, surfaces may be slippery, climb ladders/stairs.

* When working in the plant, the work environment has moderate noise levels.
* Training and improvement initiatives may require candidate to travel via automobile or aircraft.
* Ability to work nights and weekends, depending on the demands of the business.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$59,000-$78,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
