The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for leading and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives across the organization to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product and service quality. This role will champion Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies to drive a culture of excellence and innovation.
When will you work?
- This is a full-time, onsite position based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Please note that we will be relocating to a brand-new facility in Chandler, AZ by the end of 2025.
What you’ll do:
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvements.
- Develop and execute continuous improvement strategies aligned with business goals.
- Facilitate Kaizen events, root cause analysis, and value stream mapping sessions.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvement progress.
- Train and mentor employees on Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with leadership to prioritize improvement projects and allocate resources.
- Drive standardization and best practices across departments and sites.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Who you are:
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field (a Master’s degree is a plus).
- You are Lean Six Sigma certified—a Green Belt is strongly recommended; Black Belt is preferred.
- You have a strong grasp of Lean, Six Sigma, and other Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies.
- You have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- You’re a strong communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels.
- You’re confident using data analysis tools such as Excel, Minitab, Power BI, and process mapping software.
What you’ve done:
- You have 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or service environment.
- You’ve spent 5+ years working in continuous improvement, process engineering, or operations management roles.
- You’ve successfully led improvement projects that delivered measurable, impactful results.
- Experience in drug manufacturing is preferred and highly valued.

- Compensation: The target salary range is $100,000-$125,000 commensurate with individual's experience and qualifications
