Our lage Financial client is seeking a UX Designer to join their team for the next 12 months, 40 hours/week. This role is hybrid onsite 4 days a week in Austin, TX.
Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned UX Designer to join a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering exceptional software experiences across desktop and responsive mobile platforms. This role is central to designing tools that empower users to achieve their financial goals, with a strong emphasis on user-centered design, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Deep expertise in foundational UX principles
Proven experience executing high-fidelity designs
Strong documentation and project tracking skills (Confluence, Jira)
Additional Qualifications
Ability to lead collaborative design sessions and reviews
Skilled in translating design systems and patterns into scalable solutions
Comfortable working iteratively and visualizing ideas through sketches, wireframes, and prototypes
Strong communication and organizational skills to manage design schedules and expectations
Passionate about UX, team collaboration, and continuous learning
Responsibilities
Facilitate design consulting sessions and drive design decisions
Create and maintain design documentation and schedules
Execute high-quality design deliverables and support QA
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support UX peers
Participate in user research and apply insights to improve experiences
Advocate for user needs and contribute to evolving design practices
