We are a fast-paced and expanding company seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team.
Position Overview:
As a Customer Service / Kitchen & Bath Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You'll assist customers both in our showroom and over the phone, guiding them through cabinet and countertop selections and helping them bring their projects to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide prompt, professional assistance to customers via phone and in-person at our showroom.
Offer personalized guidance on cabinet doors, countertops, and kitchen cabinetry projects.
Accurately use our POS system to enter cabinet door dimensions, create quotes, and process orders.
Generate countertop estimates based on selected materials and provided measurements.
Schedule and confirm measurement, template, and installation appointments.
Maintain communication with big-box retailers through their portals-leaving notes, confirming appointments, and updating project details.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in kitchen & bath, interior design, or related fields.
Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Comfortable with basic math and regular calculations.
Team player with a positive and friendly attitude.
Experience with Moraware software is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Wage: $16.00 - $24.00 (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Paid Holidays: 9 paid holidays after 90 days
Paid Time Off:
1 week + 3 sick days after 12 months
2 weeks + 3 sick days after 24 months
3 weeks + 3 sick days after 60 months
