Job Summary--

Looking for a Technical Project Manager who has exposure to java technologies with databases snowflake and Tableau along with excellent verbal and written communication.

Years of experience -- 10+ years of relevant project management. Looking for Sunnyvale, CA location with Level- 6 or level 7.

Technical Skills:

 10+ years of relevant project management experience as Technical Project Manager on Java Technologies with Databases Snowflake and Tableau.

 Strong experience of delivering projects using Agile Scrum Methodology using relevant toolset.

 Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

 Hands-on experience on Java Technologies, Database like Snowflake and Tableau, and data modelling in the early career.

 Leverage Agile Development best practices in project activities.

 Well-versed with Project planning, estimation, monitoring and tracking.

 Well-versed with risk identification. risk assessment and risk mitigation activities.

Behavioral Skills :

 Excellent verbal and written communication – able to clearly articulate details to both technical and non-technical audiences.

 Excellent time management and organizational skills.

 Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship building skills and ability to achieve results

 Team coordination and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

 Drive timelines and aim for on-time delivery with successful completion of all in-scope project work.

 Effectively manage scope creep.

 Provide regular status updates to stakeholders highlighting issues, risks and dependencies.

 Own / host kickoff meetings, recurring touch points during the project, etc.

 Set meeting agenda and provide appropriate follow-up communications!

 Be the initial point of project escalation and understanding when to escalate as needed.

 Align and track project resources and tasks.

 Effectively partner with the Solutions Architect and Development team.

 Collaborate with the other team members from the delivery team.

Education:

 Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or any related field

Certification:

 Good to have - PMP
