The ideal Operation Specialist will:
8am-5pm, Monday through Friday $19.00/hour
Includes a 1 hour lunch and 2 15 breaks
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

- Perform all quality checks on inventory/parts prior to assembly
- Assembly workers will construct small machines while following instructions
- Assemble automatic powder coating equipment
- Assemble pneumatic and mechanical kits
- Operate a fork truck
The ideal Operation Specialist will:
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Follow written and verbal instructions
- Hand/Eye coordination
- Fine motor skills for repetitive tasks
- Ability to stand, twist, squat, push, pull and lift up 45lbs
- Able to use power tools
- Meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements
- Prior assembly work
- Manufacturing experience
- Mechanical experience
- Production
- Inventory
- Computer knowledge
- Forklift experience
- Powder coating experience
