Content Specialist V

Position Overview
The Content Specialist V will play a critical role in designing and developing high-quality instructional content for various learning initiatives. This position requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to enhance learning experiences through innovative content strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and learner needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging instructional content for various learning platforms.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create relevant training materials.
• Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to manage and deliver training content.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance learner engagement.
• Incorporate AI tools and strategies to improve content delivery and learner experience.
• Evaluate and analyze content effectiveness, making improvements as necessary.
• Stay updated on industry trends in instructional design and learning technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design or content development.
• Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Demonstrated experience with AI applications in instructional design.
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse learner groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
