Reporting to the Director Continuous Improvement - Industrial Engineering you will be an essential member of the Manufacturing Excellence - Industrial Engineering function and will need to be accomplished leader. You will partner with manufacturing sites and other SME's within the ME functions to drive scope to eliminate loss and help achieve business cost savings deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to reduce cost and increase efficiency in manufacturing sites.
  • Evaluate processes, systems and equipment to eliminate loss and support cost savings for the business.
  • Develop financial justification for optimization or capital projects.
  • This role must command the skills necessary to engage the manufacturing sites and be able to work with other functions of the Manufacturing Excellence team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, or related Engineering area
  • 4+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment
  • Minimum 7 years previous Industrial Engineering experience.
  • History of successful program development and delivery
  • Experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) based continuous improvement of at least 7 years preferred.
  • Experience coaching and teaching site leaders at every level how to implement and use CI tools and processes.
  • Experience leading multiple projects and resources resulting in scalable value for the organization.
  • Experience presenting to large audiences including senior management
  • Solid financial knowledge with the ability to develop project cost justifications.
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams and influence without direct reporting relationships.
  • Ability to build relationships internally and externally and hold individuals accountable.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, SQL, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI
  • Experience with Focus Improvement tools such a Lean, Six Sigma, Unified Problem solving (UPS) and Work Process Improvement (WPI).
  • Experience in Value Stream Mappings and line balancing
  • Experience in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE)
  • Plant experience utilizing and leading continuous improvement across the manufacturing facility.
  • Experience analyzing data and communicate loss opportunities to cross-functional teams for multiple loss areas within a manufacturing facility.
  • Travel of up to 50% is required to our manufacturing plants.
  • At this time, we require applicants for this role to be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship either now or in the future.

Compensation:

Pay Range:$107,000-$156,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
