Job Title: Inventory Associate
Duration: 6 months Contract to Hire
Location: Anaheim, CA, 92805
Job Description:

• This highly skilled and experience support material handler (Inventory Management Support) has responsibilities which include shipping, packing and receiving of product and loads, unloads, and moves materials within or near plant, yard, or work site under minimal supervision.
• May reroute urgent shipments of an urgent nature or arrange for special delivery at destination.
• Prepares and maintains records of products shipped and tracks shipments.
• Assist with stockroom activities such as Material Management Support (Kitting, Stocking, Expediting, Receiving).
• Costpoint experience
• Receives incoming materials, unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices.

Major functions:

• Analyze incoming paperwork for accuracy and receive incoming material from suppliers into the ERP system if everything is correct.
• Report discrepancies and place on the hold shelf.
• Reads work order or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved.
• Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers.
• Stacks or assembles materials into bundles and bands bundles together.

Ideal candidate will

• Assist with stockroom activities such as Material Management Support (Kitting, Stocking, Expediting, Receiving).
• Up to 1+ year Costpoint experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with up to 2 years of prior related experience.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range: $28-$30 per hour.
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
