As an Administrative Coordinator II you will:
The Production & Inventory Coordinator is responsible for managing inventory, production reporting, shipping and receiving, work orders, and other administrative tasks to support efficient shop floor workflow. This role requires strong SAP and Excel skills and plays a key part in maintaining accurate inventory and production data.

Pay Range*: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

As an Administrative Coordinator II you will:
The Production & Inventory Coordinator is responsible for managing inventory, production reporting, shipping and receiving, work orders, and other administrative tasks to support efficient shop floor workflow. This role requires strong SAP and Excel skills and plays a key part in maintaining accurate inventory and production data.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory & Production Management
- Maintain accurate production data and inventory records in SAP.
- Monitor and verify operator confirmations and complete necessary transactions.
- Maintain and update inventory spreadsheets.
- Conduct annual physical inventory and manage periodic adjustments as directed by the Inventory Steering Committee.
- Review and resolve issues identified in inventory reports.
- Ensure timely month-end closing for the facility.
- Perform inventory adjustments, material confirmations, and troubleshoot SAP-related issues (e.g., picking, scanning, packing).
- Print and manage SAP order documents and work orders.
- Receive inbound goods in SAP and generate appropriate labels.
- Prepare all shipping documentation including BOLs, packing lists, export documents, SOLAS/VGM, and customs paperwork.
- Schedule shipments and coordinate with customer service and logistics teams.
- Maintain shipping records and file documentation post-shipment.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of packaging materials, pallets, and other supplies.
- Process same-day shipment work orders and assist in locating inventory for production.
- Coordinate and set up nonstandard sample requests.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including phone calls and visitor access.
- Handle incoming mail and utility bill payments (e.g., electric, water, waste, phone).
- Perform other clerical tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree (2-year college) preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High level of functional flexibility and attention to detail.
