



Graphic Designer - 1 Day Onsite
Our financial real estate client is looking for a Graphic Designer to join their team in either a direct-hire OR a freelance to full time capacity. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for design and delivery of various marketing related content that supports the company's business initiatives.
This opportunity is 40-hours a week and requires one in-office day on Wednesdays at their office in North Austin.
Please note, this role is less creative concepting and new branding campaigns and more traditional production execution. What this role may lack in creative opportunity it makes up for in stability, great benefits, only one day onsite and a close-knit, collaborative team.
Responsibilities:
- Illustrate concepts by designing a rough layout of art and copy including arrangement, size, typography, and style, as well as related aesthetic concepts.
- Develop and coordinate web graphics, brochures, logos, flyers, email and video graphics for specific assignments.
- Ensure that graphics and imagery are approved, accurate, and up to date
- Ensure that the layout of all collateral, graphics, and imagery content is accessible and logical. Recommend improvements as needed.
- Format photos for use in print and digital marketing efforts.
- Become familiar with mortgage specific products, services, licensing information, disclosures, and any other requirements using internal resources
- Support users with webpage and email template designs
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience and/or training in graphic design and creating, developing, and analyzing marketing materials
- Ability to work well independently, as well as collaboratively
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and budget(s) and have excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with high attention to detail
