Are you passionate about building meaningful customer relationships and driving sales growth? Join our dynamic team as an Inside Sales Representative, where you'll manage a diverse territory of 200+ accounts across Off-Course, Corporate, and Association channels. This role blends strategic account management with hands-on customer service, offering the opportunity to make a direct impact on our U.S. sales goals. What You Will Be Doing
Sales Growth
Develop and pitch limited-time sales opportunities using marketing and promotional resources
Conduct a minimum of five sales/service calls per account annually
Leverage in-season tournament opportunities to boost sales
Lead pre-book calls with top customers, deliver compelling product presentations, and secure seasonal commitments
Customer Service
Handle order entry and maintenance for all inbound customer calls and email inquiries
Provide daily support via the CG Loop line for a set number of hours
Manage the customization process end-to-end, including artwork coordination with the Custom Ops team
Oversee timely fulfillment of Nationals weekly replenishments and daily Vendor Direct orders
Account Management
Build strong relationships through outbound sales calls and informative email communication
Educate accounts on product offerings and sales programs to drive incremental volume
Manage a promotional budget responsibly to support sales initiatives
Execute monthly outreach campaigns highlighting key product stories and promotions
What you Bring
2–3 years of experience in Customer Service and Sales
Strong presentation and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint (Intermediate to Advanced)
Comfortable with extended desk work and frequent long workdays
Self-starter with a proven ability to build lasting customer relationships
Active listener who identifies needs and delivers effective solutions
Adaptable, confident, and receptive to feedback
Knowledge of or experience in the golf industry is a plus
