Job Description:

Title: Forescout/ISE Engineer

Location: Plano, TX, Richmond, VA, and McLean, VA (3 days onsite, 2 days hybrid)

Type of Position: 6 mo. Contract to Hire

Background Check and Drug Screen Required

Interviews starting as soon as 4/14

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
• At least 6 years of experience with network solutions, VPNs, and network design
• At least 2 year of experience with 802.1x/NAC
• At least 3 years of Forescout design and engineering experience
• 5 years + hands on experience with Forescout or ClearPass and Cisco ISE experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forescout Certified Administrator or Aruba Certified Professional
• Forescout certification (FSCA or FSAA preferred)
• 8+ years of experience with network hardware and software
• 5+ years of Forescout CounterAct administrator experience
• At least 2 years hands on experience with Cisco ISE Device administration, etc
• 3+ years of experience in Jira, Service Now, Infoblox and Snowflake
• 2 + years scripting and automation (Python, Ruby, BASH, Powershell)
• 1+ years of experience with Aruba WLAN
• 1+ years experience device posturing or IT/OT devices

Candidate Profile:

• Candidate must demonstrate comprehensive understanding of NAC technology, illustrate extremely solid technical knowledge of products at a large enterprise level
• Previous experience as a NAC engineer; designing, building and supporting enterprise computing platforms and systems
• Demonstrate proficient knowledge of L2 and L3 networks
• Solid understanding of Cloud / Virtual Compute platforms and their supporting infrastructure
• Solid understanding of High Availability strategies
• Familiarity with the concepts of infrastructure as code, test driven development and automated deployment of infrastructure solutions
• Scripting and\\or automation skills in various languages (such as Python, Ruby, BASH, Powershell, etc.)
• Good communicator who is willing to share and teach amongst peers
• Willingness to update and contribute to living engineering documentation
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Hands on experience with Cisco ISE or Aruba ClearPass
• Hands on experience with Forescout technologies
• Ability to work on high level projects and low level network changes.
• Good to have: knowledge on IDS/IPS, Fabric technologies, zero trust, general network concepts and routing protocols
• Good to have certifications: AWS, CCNA, CCNP, CNSA, CSAE, CISSP
