About the Role:
We’re seeking a highly creative and experienced Freelance Art Director/Designer with a strong agency background to collaborate with our team on a range of design and branding projects. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and is able to jump into projects with confidence and strategic insight.
Responsibilities:

Lead and execute design concepts from ideation through to delivery across digital and print.

Collaborate closely with creative directors, copywriters, strategists, and developers.

Develop and maintain consistent brand visuals across multiple platforms.

Design user-friendly interfaces and components in Figma, with a solid understanding of UX/UI best practices.

Create compelling motion graphics or light animations for digital campaigns, product launches, and social content.

Present work clearly and confidently to both internal teams and clients.

Manage time efficiently, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high standards under pressure.
Requirements:

5+ years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer within a creative or advertising agency.

Expert proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).

Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and motion work.

Hands-on experience with light animation or motion graphics (After Effects preferred).

Exceptional visual storytelling and design skills with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.

Comfortable working under tight deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities.
Bonus:

Experience working with lifestyle, tech, or consumer brands.

Experience working on pharma brands and familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements.

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or working closely with developers.
