Responsible for managing the overall credit quality, risk mitigation, workout process, and operational and regulatory compliance of an assigned lease and loan portfolio within Truist’s Equipment Finance Business. Work with Equipment Finance clients, Underwriting and Portfolio management teammates, Originations, Credit Risk Management, Asset Management, and other matrix partners to perform ongoing portfolio monitoring and underwriting or C&I relationships.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Manage/mitigate credit risk of portfolio transactions.
2. Complete on-time, accurate, well-articulated annual reviews, amendment memos, and CLAR's; maintains MRA quarterly spreads/PRISM grade reviews; maintains credit files, other compliance requirements such as monthly tickler attestations, quarterly/annual credit file reviews and attestations.
3. Develop deep understanding of industry and asset concentrations within assigned portfolio and maintain a proactive, forward-looking view on portfolio trends and risks.
4. Understand and adhere to various Truist and Equipment Finance policies, processes, procedures and regulatory requirements; ensures policies and controls are executed; timely completion of all required Corporate and Business unit training/testing
5. Manage troubled (workout) credits with input from risk partners.
6. Demonstrate Truist culture and values.
Required Qualifications:

1. BA/BS degree
2. 6 years of related work experience
3. Mastery of financial and accounting concepts to facilitate the creation or review of in-depth financial models involved in transactions
4. Strong organizational and leadership skills
5. Advanced skills in written and oral communications, and interpersonal relationship management
6. Solid analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
1. MBA degree, with a Finance focus
2. 8 years of related work experience
3. Experience in mentoring and coaching
The annual base salary for this position is $100,000 - $125,000.
