This role offers a unique opportunity to connect with passionate fans through innovative marketing strategies, enhancing their experience and fostering lasting loyalty. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer journey, driving engagement, and maximizing member value through data-driven email campaigns and personalized communications.

As the CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing email and push marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Overseeing email campaign production, from creation and scheduling to testing and optimization.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to build customer segments, automate communications, and design personalized customer journeys within the ESP.
  • Maintaining a cohesive omnichannel guest experience and customer journey roadmap.
  • Partnering with Brand and Marketing leads on engagement programs and acquisition campaigns.
  • Developing and executing test & learn plans to gain actionable insights for marketing.
  • Leading the management and execution of campaigns that convert and retain members (paid and non-paid tiers).
  • Optimizing email and lifecycle programs through A/B testing of creative, copy, timing, offers, targeting, and other elements.
  • Monitoring daily/weekly/monthly reporting against key performance indicators across all email marketing activities.
  • Leveraging data to target subscribers with relevant content to ensure a positive experience and high engagement.
  • Collaborating with the corporate brand and research team to develop and implement customer surveys.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in email marketing
  • Extensive experience with email and push standard methodologies and deliverability
  • Knowledge of HTML coding for email, and familiarity with responsive design
  • Experience developing strategies and plans guided by audience insights and behaviors
  • Hands-on experience working with CRM platforms and analytic tools like Tableau or Google Analytics
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage group workflow
  • Ability to provide strategic recommendations backed by data
  • Strong team player who proactively brings creative solutions to the organization
  • Ability to deliver under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong proofreading skills, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Expert understanding of consumer mindset, consumer empathy, and dedication to exceptional guest experiences

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience working for a subscription business

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $68.571 to $76.19 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
