We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician to support our production operations in Green Bay. This role plays a critical part in ensuring equipment uptime, safety, and efficiency. You'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical and electrical systems on a variety of industrial machinery.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong troubleshooting ability, mechanical aptitude, and comfort working in a production environment that operates around the clock. Candidates must be open to working a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, including nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair machinery and equipment such as motors, pneumatic systems, rolls, conveyors, and other production machines using hand tools, power tools, hoists, cranes, and precision measuring instruments.

Troubleshoot and replace faulty electrical components, including transformers, relays, switches, lighting fixtures, drives, HMIs, and circuit boards using electronic test equipment.

Read and interpret electrical diagrams, mechanical drawings, and operation manuals to guide repair and maintenance activities.

Adjust and calibrate functional parts and control instruments to ensure optimal operation.

Observe and listen to machines during operation to detect malfunctions and determine causes of failure.

Perform routine lubrication, cleaning, and replacement of air filters and minor mechanical components.

Replace damaged wiring, electric motors, and bearings; disconnect and reconnect motor wiring safely and correctly.

Operate equipment such as lathes, drill presses, and grinders to fabricate or repair parts as needed.

Communicate repair status, issues, and solutions to Maintenance and Operations teams.

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Familiarity with 12V to 600V electrical systems.

Skilled in installing conduit, pulling and terminating conductors, and general electrical construction work.

Ability to read and troubleshoot from electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

Basic understanding of PLC systems and ability to interact with or troubleshoot them.

Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in hot or damp environments.

Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Must supply personal hand tools appropriate for the trade.

Strong team orientation and willingness to support peers and cross-functional teams.

Flexibility to work outside of regular hours when necessary for maintenance or emergency repairs.

Preferred:

Technical degree or certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electro-Mechanical Technology.

Prior experience in a continuous or high-speed manufacturing environment.
