





Our client is searching for a Marketing Director to join their team.
Location: Haverhill, MA
Duration: Full Time/Direct Hire
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share.
- Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, paid ads, social media, PPC, and email campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources and optimize ROI.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and performance.
- Collaborate with product development teams to create effective product marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and customer engagement metrics to inform future marketing initiatives.
- Establish partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders to enhance brand presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar role in a B2B/B2Ed, SaaS or tech.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including social media, SEO, and PPC.
- Experience in brand management and product marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and optimize marketing spend.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
