Position Summary
This position will build, lead, and coordinate North America (NAM) Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), internal and external stakeholder engagement/education strategy and actions across Group offices and terminals in U.S. and Canada. Serves as NAM CSR Referent building and executing campaigns. Monitors CSR KPI's, prepares reports and collects data as directed by the CSR Agency Network and General Agency. Serves as point of contact for local regional partnerships with NGO's. Solicits and prepares funding guidance and calendar for NGO's seeking support from the Group. Supports proposal development and prepares briefings and business case analytics for CCA executive team and HO. Supports department budget development and tracking. Prepares and updates annual energy and water conservation plans across the region. Recommend changes in procedures upon identifying improvement opportunities. Interview and train new hires, as well as lead day-to-day coaching for the associates. The position collaborates across departments with peers with others as necessary to support Group CSR and Sustainability objectives.
Functions & Duties
* Project Management for strategic NAM regional industry, customer, and NGO partnerships, programs and initiatives as developed.
* Develop business case analytics and briefings for internal and external strategic partnership proposals and local actions.
* Planning, execution, data collection and reporting of local actions, energy programs, events and other requests from HO CSR and the GEN
* Develop strategies for increasing staff and customer engagement in CCA local actions and campaigns that support Planet, People, Fair Trade
* Organize and leverage the HO CSR Ambassador Program in North America.
* Plan and organize engagement and education campaigns and events for all staff
* Develop and maintain mechanisms to capture CSR engagement data and other CSR KPI's through direct, indirect, and inferred channels and prepare bi-weekly and monthly reports
* Develops, monitors, and maintains core systems and dashboards, relating to the sustainability ensuring service-level goals are being met.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
* Strong knowledge of maritime sustainable development concepts and strategies
* Strong knowledge of the Supply Chain Transportation industry
* Clear understanding of Group and CCA sustainability goals and objectives
* Knowledge of and experience with CCA customers/clients
* Strong knowledge of CMA CGM organizational structure and services/network
* Experience working with U.S. and CANADA NGO's
* Program Design & Management
* Project Management experience preferred
* Experience working with NGO's and or public agencies preferred
* Business Case Development & Analytics
* Well-developed communication skills; ability to communicate to all levels.
