Our client, a hospital network in the Houston medical district, has an immediate need for a HYBRID Digital Marketing Specialist to help with tracking, analyzing, and reporting on website and digital marketing performance. 

This hybrid role starts as soon as we've identified the ideal candidate and will continue (40 hours per week) for 6+ months with 3 days of onsite work in the Houston Medical District per week.

Digital Marketing Specialist Responsibilities: 

• Implement, maintain, and optimize digital marketing tracking tools including Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Ads, Google Search Console, and other analytics platforms
• Analyze web traffic data to understand user behavior, content performance, conversion funnels, and campaign effectiveness
• Create, manage, and automate regular reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize digital experiences based on data insights 
• Identify gaps in data collection and implement tracking enhancements 
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Manage and maintain online business listings (e.g., Google Business Profile, Yelp, industry directories) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and visibility

Digital Marketing Specialist Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or a related field 
• 2-5 years of experience in a web analytics or digital analytics role 
• Proficiency in Google Analytics (especially GA4), Google Tag Manager, and related tools 
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Canva, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI) 
• Demonstrated experience managing and maintaining online business listings across platforms such as Google Business Profile, Yelp, and other directories. 

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
