Volt is immediately hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk for a leading company in Albuquerque NM.
As an Accounts Payable Clerk you will:
- Analyze and verify purchase orders and invoices.
- Process payments following established procedures.
- Provide technical support and training to Accounts Payable Technicians.
- Research and resolve payment issues.
- Input data to authorize payment processes.
- Compile databases to prevent duplicate payments.
- Complete vendor statement reconciliations.
- Verify and correct data entry reports.
- Respond to financial inquiries from employees and vendors.
- Proficient in 10-key data entry.
- Strong customer service skills (phone, email).
- Basic computer skills. Ability to use email, basic understanding of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook). Google Mail and Google Docs.
- Infor Lawson software experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
