Become a key player in shaping user experiences by crafting impactful support content that empowers users and customer care agents. As an Associate Content Strategist at a global innovator, partnered with Aquent, you will be responsible for developing and driving the help and support content strategy across multiple channels. Your strategic thinking and collaborative approach will ensure users have the information they need, when they need it.
As an Associate Content Strategist, you will:

• Develop a deep understanding of existing support content across multiple products.
• Develop and drive the overall content strategy, focusing on user issues and product roadmap.
• Collaborate with content writers to create accurate and effective content for all support channels.
• Work with stakeholders to secure content approvals and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Proactively identify opportunities to optimize content using data, industry best practices, and experimentation.
• Partner with product and analytics teams to conduct experiments and user studies to understand user journeys.
• Synthesize content insights, guiding principles, and best practices to advocate for the best user experience.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in content strategy, business strategy, or related project/program management.
• Experience leading multiple, time-sensitive projects with competing priorities while working independently.
• Proven ability to influence others and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders (4-5 years of experience).
• Experience leading multiple, time-sensitive content projects and designing user-focused content solutions (4-5 years of experience).
• Proven ability to manage projects/programs, prioritize competing requests, work independently and collaboratively, and maintain high attention to detail (4-5 years of experience).

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience in building strategic content plans and analyzing user data.
• Ability to distill complex user issues into digestible user content strategy.
• Experience in experimenting with new content formats.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $62.32 to $69.25 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
