

We're looking for a strategic, customer-obsessed storyteller to join our enterprise client's Global Customer Advocacy team. As a Customer Advocacy Strategist, you'll play a key role in amplifying the voice of the customer through compelling narratives, reference programs, and strategic partnerships that support our client's global marketing and sales efforts.
This is a contract role, 40/hours per week with a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate is a strategist who has worked in a customer marketing program, either in customer stories or customer references or even a community hub.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer advocacy strategies that align with business goals and brand voice.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key customers to uncover advocacy opportunities including case studies, testimonials, speaking engagements, and peer references.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and communications teams to integrate customer stories into campaigns and go-to-market initiatives.
- Manage and scale global advocacy programs such as customer councils, reference databases, and ambassador initiatives.
- Leverage data and insights to measure impact, optimize engagement, and inform future strategy.
- Ensure alignment with our client's brand, legal, and compliance standards across all advocacy content and activities.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working in the customer advocacy space, specifically in customer marketing and advertising.
- Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and translate experiences into compelling content.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives across global teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with CRM, advocacy platforms, and content management tools is a plus.
