Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is committed to providing accessible and user-friendly experiences. They are seeking a passionate and driven Senior Content Designer to join their UX team and play a key role in enhancing their digital platforms. As a Senior Content Designer, you will:
- Lead the development and execution of content strategy, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
- Collaborate with UX researchers, designers, product managers, and engineers to create seamless user experiences across web, mobile, and chat platforms.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to inform design decisions and identify user needs.
- Develop content for a variety of platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and chatbots.
- Create and maintain a consistent voice and tone across all content, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
- Represent the company’s brand voice and tone, adhering to established style guidelines.
- Ensure content meets readability and accessibility regulations at the state level.
- Create and update the writing style guide as an extension of the company’s brand guidelines.
- Contribute to wireframes, prototypes, and other design artifacts to ensure content is effectively integrated into the user experience.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 4-6 years of experience in content design or a related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience working with style guides and accessibility standards.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with GenAI technology.
- Experience designing content for healthcare audiences.
- Familiarity with UX design principles and processes.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $65.12 to $72.36 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
