Position Responsibilities:

• The Senior Accounts Receivable/Cash Application Specialist reviews and processes all Accounts Receivable (AR) requests and cases submitted within SAP as well as gathers required documentation for external and internal audit requests

• As a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will assist in the reconciliation of the weekly and monthly accounting work streams and ensures close checklists are transacted and completed

• This role will provide support and training on a broad array of AR activities, cash receipts, and/or adjustments

• You will create and maintain organized filling of all documentation while identifying solutions to drive improvement and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales and finance teams to consistently integrate the company’s core values and deliver results for customer that establish high standards

• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 0 to 1 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 4 plus years of specific experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
