Overview
Our client, a luxury resort, is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to join their team in a freelance capacity starting as soon as the next week or two! This is a fully on-site position in Plantation, FL and there could be an opportunity to earn 1 day WFH in the future.
You will be helping shape and promote their luxury brand across all channels. This role supports both corporate and on-site teams, ensuring consistent, high-quality messaging that drives brand awareness, engagement, and customer action. You'll manage marketing campaigns, social media, and events, while also acting as a key brand ambassador internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Coordinate and traffic marketing campaigns across print, digital, social media, and out-of-home (OOH) platforms.
- Creative Oversight: Write campaign briefs, work with agencies, and ensure all creative assets reflect our luxury brand image.
- Content & Social Media: Create and schedule engaging content for social media, especially for events and nightlife venues.
- Event Marketing: Lead marketing efforts for major events like concerts and festivals, including planning, promotion, and reporting.
- Asset & Project Management: Maintain the digital asset library, manage marketing materials inventory, and lead special projects from start to finish.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- 1-3 years of marketing experience (agency or in-house preferred)
- Hospitality or travel industry experience is a plus
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
