Our client, a well-known retailer, is looking for a freelance Art Director to assist their team part-time! This is a 3 day per week role (24 hours per week / part-time), and will be onsite at their Long Island City office in NY. This role will be for the next 3-4 months with potential to extend.
The Art Director will:
-manage / deliver on-brand creative design for print and digital campaigns including email, promotional assets, template, social media graphics, and banner ads
-work collaboratively with cross-functional partners across print and digital mediums, and help with developing brand guidelines, seasonal campaigns, and editorial assets
-collaborate with internal and external teams on creating compelling solution-based creative
The Art Director has:
-ideally 5+ years of experience in design / creative concepting, ideally from a fashion or retail company
-ability to work onsite 3 days per week at their LIC office
-fluency in Adobe CS and a strong portfolio of work samples to share
-strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work with many departments
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
