Job Description:
QA Automation Engineer
Location: Hybrid – Hopkins, MN (3 days onsite per week)
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with deep expertise in test automation, mobile testing, and API integration. This role requires strong technical capabilities, leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API testing.
- Lead and mentor offshore QA teams with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with developers and QA analysts to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and related tools.
- Conduct testing across native mobile apps and mobile browsers using tools like Appium and Android Studio.
- Integrate and automate API testing using Rest-Assured, Postman, Karate, and other tools.
- Develop and maintain BDD frameworks using Cucumber and Gherkin.
- Utilize cloud-based testing platforms such as Sauce Labs for scalable test execution.
- Perform SQL queries and manage JDBC connectivity for data validation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Ensure compliance with automation best practices and maintain detailed documentation.

- Databases: SQL, JDBC
- Agile Tools: Jira, VersionOne

- Strong communication and collaboration skills
