



Position Overview
The Associate Creative Director is responsible for leading creative projects. This role combines artistic vision with strategic thinking to elevate the brand's identity and messaging across various digital platforms.
This is a hybrid role in Houston, going onsite three days a week (Tue-Thur).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead copy development of key accounts by producing exceptional long and short form copy while mentoring . and mid level writers.
- Oversee art direction and ensure visual communication aligns with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing strategists, creative directors and designers to create comprehensive campaign concepts.
- Manage copy development to ensure messaging is clear and impactful (digital, print, social, experiential, video, advertising, and more).
- Partner with Strategy and Account teams to ensure creative solutions.
- Present creative concepts to clients and stakeholders, articulating the strategy and vision behind them.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in a creative role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Strong portfolio showcasing variety of sample work and knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Experience in producing video (script-writing, casting, directing, etc) is a plus.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to lead and mentor a creative team effectively.
