MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR'S ASSISTANT

$63, 240 - $88, 233

The Maintenance Supervisor’s Assistant is to perform preventive maintenance and repairs upon all HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing devices, and gas equipment located in the institution. This role will be responsible for assisting in any maintenance duties assigned by the Maintenance Lieutenant. This role will require the candidate to build/construct various projects around the facility. The candidate will also be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints.

MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR

$72, 234 - $101,127

- The Maintenance Director is to perform preventive maintenance and repairs upon all HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing devices, and gas equipment located in the institution. This role will report directly to the Director of Security and Operations Major. This role will require the candidate to build/construct various projects around the facility. The candidate will also be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints.
